All that Jazz
What people are saying…
Lisa Dae has to be the best kept musical secret in the Northwest, an extraordinary jazz vocalist who … is a musician’s musician. Lisa is fearless in her approach to music making. With a three octave-plus range, there is not a song or style that is out of her wheelhouse.
Lisa Dae has been singing all her life, from the shores of mountain lakes in her native Oregon to nightclubs and venues in Seattle, Portland, Cancun and Punta Cana.
Born in Eugene, Oregon, Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in vocal performance from Pacific Lutheran University.
After college, she performed with the Percy Munson big band, and in recent years, Lisa has performed at Arrivederci and The Jazz Station, in Milwaukie and Eugene, Oregon.
In 2016, Lisa was the featured performer in the Jazz at Joe’s music series in Bend, Oregon.
Lisa has been called a “musician’s musician,” and a “vocal chameleon, who “can sound husky or crisp, ebullient or wailing, girlish or jaded.”
She approaches music fearlessly, and with a three-octave plus vocal range, she can sing any song in any style.
A love that stems from transporting Her gift is in her phrasing.
